Friendly

We are a friendly club run by a committee of volunteers who love Calisthenics. We have parents and grandparents who help with props, costuming, fundraising and transportation, among many other things. We encourage family involvement and support students to bring along their siblings and friends to give Calisthenics a go. We always welcome new members to our club, any time of year.

Fun

We believe that having fun is very important! Montrose Calisthenics has an emphasis on our students enjoying themselves during class time and competitions. We do not pressure our teams at competitions but encourage them to have a great time on stage and to do the very best they can. What more could we ask for?
